Funds, budgets, and reports give you complete financial oversight.

Managing Funds:
1. Go to Accounting > Funds
2. Click "Add Fund"
3. Enter fund name (e.g., Building Fund, Missions Fund)
4. Set a target amount
5. Track contributions designated to each fund
6. View progress toward targets

Creating Budgets:
1. Go to Accounting > Budgets
2. Click "Create Budget"
3. Select fiscal year
4. Set budget amounts by category
5. Submit for approval if needed
6. Track actual vs. budgeted spending

Available Financial Reports:

1. Income Statement (Profit & Loss)
- Revenue vs. expenses over a period
- Net operating result
- Comparative periods

2. Balance Sheet
- Assets, liabilities, and equity
- Account balances snapshot

3. Cash Flow Statement
- Cash inflows and outflows
- Operating, investing, and financing activities

4. Budget vs. Actual
- Compare budgeted amounts to actual spending
- Variance analysis
- Department/ministry breakdown

5. Fund Activity Report
- All activity per fund
- Contributions and expenses by fund

Export all reports to PDF or CSV for board meetings and audits.
