Internal Messaging System

The internal messaging system allows secure communication within your church team.

Sending a Message:
1. Go to Messages from the sidebar
2. Click "New Message"
3. Select recipient(s) from the member list
4. Type your message
5. Send

Conversation View:
- Messages are grouped by conversation thread
- See the full history of your discussion
- Reply directly within the conversation
- Attach files if needed

Messaging Features:
- Send to individuals or groups
- Read receipts (see when someone reads your message)
- Star important conversations
- Archive old conversations
- Search message history

Admin Support Messages:
- Send messages directly to the system support team
- Get help with technical issues
- Receive updates on your support tickets

Notifications:
- Unread message count on the sidebar
- Email notification for new messages (optional)
- Browser notifications when available

Pro Tip: Use messages for internal coordination instead of external apps for better record keeping.
